The owner of this cash rich business is originally from London and is realising his ambition to set up an office there in order to fully exploit his connections in the High Net Worth market.
It is not a requirement that you bring your own clients as this company is already partnered with high net worth estate agencies in London, as well as having relationships with a wide range of other prestigious introducers. This firm is also the exclusive mortgage brokerage to a high-profile property developer that, in conjunction with one of the world’s most famous designers, is building a 36-storey development comprising individual flats selling from between £900,000 and £15M.
Working for this whole of market business, you will have access to a wide range of lenders and insurers, as well as back-office support from a highly competent administration team. The company will also be investing a huge amount in marketing and promotion, in order to ensure your continued success.
You must have a strong track record of selling mortgage and protection products to a discerning client base. It is not essential that you have previously been in a pure HNW advisory role, however, you must have had considerable experience of arranging large loans, ideally in an independent broker environment. You will also have first-class communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively with high net worth clientele. As expected, you must be well-presented, professional, and engaging, with a genuine passion for networking.
This firm does not believe in micro-management and will give you the tools and flexibility to ‘do what you do best’. As such, as long as you are seen to be working hard, you will be given flexibility to manage your own diary accordingly.
