This Advisor will come on and work closely with its busy estate agency partner, or liaise with its finely picked selection of solicitor partners and turn a solid supply of leads into great business.
Our client based in Devon, with over 16 years of successful mortgage business behind it, is looking to further expand its strong team of Advisors in response to the continually growing demands for its service throughout the region. This firm prides itself on its truly personalised, high quality approach to mortgages and its family-orientated view of its employees.
The brokerage is offering two different yet equally attractive options. The first would be based out of the Head Office, being supplied with a high number of leads from 4 bustling estate agencies. Alternatively, the successful candidate will have the option to enjoy traversing a small region of the Devonshire countryside, enjoying rolling hills and sea views while servicing an array of solicitors!
Our client is looking for CeMap qualified brokers with at least a year’s worth of experience, preferentially from a ‘whole of market’ background. The right candidate will enjoy face to face work while also being able to convey their personality over the phone in order to continue a strong record of writing both quality and quantity compliant Mortgage and Protection business.
This role is initially a self-employed role, with generous splits; if leads are provided than a 50% split is on offer and if self-generated then you will take home 70%! Our client currently has 5 Advisors writing an average of £10K in business a month, which sees them take home average earnings of between £60K - £70K+.
