Our client, which is directly authorised, is looking for its next properly driven broker to join its team of top earners. The Head of this firm - who wrote over £250K of business last year - explains that they are not looking for ‘fuddly-duddly’ Advisors who are just passing the time, they want serious people who want serious money. Our client’s newest Advisor is already writing £15K of business a month and taking home £7.5K!
This firm has a ginormous client bank built up over 15 years, with referrals coming in every day and ‘19 cabinets’ worth of warm clients that are currently going untouched!
Our client has structured its business around getting the very most out of its Advisors and so in turn the Advisors get the most out of the business. With admin support, customer access portals and screen-mirroring options - so that face to face work can be done from afar - you will be able to concentrate on what you do best; giving advice and writing business.
You will ideally have at least 2 years of experience writing real volume, quality compliant Mortgage and Protection business. You will of course be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and be a force of personality both face to face and over the phone; when it comes to mortgage advice, you will be irresistible.
Working on a self-employed basis you can expect to earn a minimum OTE of £60K the first year with this rising to well over a £100K+ in the following years. There are currently 6 Advisors in this firm, all of whom write more than £120K of business a year on a 50% split.
The newest Advisor is on track to earn over £80K this year after just 18 months in the firm.
