It is looking for another highly competent Advisor, who really believes in their own ability and prides themselves on their service and all-round professionalism, to be the next addition to this exciting company.
Our client is partnered with a large, established lead provider, which operates on a reward-based model – the better you are rated by your clients the more – and the higher quality – leads you will be provided with; current Advisors are enjoying a lead conversion rate of 50%!
Providing admin support, marketing and branding, our client is looking for an Advisor – with a ‘whole of market’ background - who is confident that their level of service really is top notch and will be able to take advantage of a strong set up to write good quality - and volume - mortgages. This Advisor will be CeMap qualified and have a strong track record in working over the phone and face to face to write quality Mortgage and Protection business.
Working on a self-employed basis you will enjoy a 75/25 commission split regardless of the origin of the leads! On this lucrative basis you can expect, with sufficient drive and quality service, an OTE of £35K - £40K in the first year, rising to £50K - £60K in the second year!
