This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker/ Adviser to join one of the region’s most respected independent brokerages.
You will be working in partnership with 2 well-established estate agencies in Sleaford and Spalding, where the negotiators are very motivated to refer you constant financial services leads.
You will enjoy working for a firm that is one of the top-performing ARs of a major network and therefore you will benefit from extremely competitive rates and access to products that are simply not available on the high street.
You will be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have at least 12 months’ experience in a mortgage advice role. Preferably, you will have whole of market experience, although my client will consider those from a restricted or tied environment. Equally, experience of working within an estate agency environment would be beneficial although this is not essential. Importantly, you must be very personable and a real team player.
Our client will offer either an employed package with a generous basic salary and attractive OTE, or alternatively, a self-employed proposition with favourable commission splits.
