Due to the on-going expansion of its advice team, our client, a prestigious and award-winning Financial Services organisation, is seeking an additional Financial Services Administrator in Harrogate.
This business has established an enviable reputation for client service, having developed a comprehensive range of financial services solutions for its substantial base of high net worth, corporate and private clients. With offices throughout the North of England, it has clients spread across a broad geographical spectrum.
The main responsibilities of the role will include the processing and submission of new business and policy tracking, as well as the preparation of client reviews for Advisers’ meetings. You will also be required to obtain quotes, as well as assisting with product research and financial reports, when appropriate. You will maintain up to date product knowledge in order to ensure reports are technically accurate and you will also be responsible for day to day administrative tasks such as database management and operating client review systems.
Ideally, you will have experience in Financial Services and more specifically, in areas such as investments and pensions. Experience of 1st Software would be desirable, but this is by no means essential as full training will be provided. The role requires you to develop and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, colleagues and providers, therefore you must be an effective communicator and be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ideally, you will already hold relevant Financial Services qualifications, however, high calibre candidates who are willing to consider studying towards industry qualifications will be considered.
