Our well-established client, with over 21 years of experience in the mortgage market, is looking for a driven Mortgage Advisor to join its remortgage team to handle the ‘endless’ number of leads provided. The manager for this team describes the set-up as ‘perfect’ for a Mortgage Advisor who is serious about making money while also being able to maintain a good life-work balance.
You will benefit from a Client Services team, who will handle all of your appointments, and full admin support, meaning your entire focus will be on giving advice and earning commission. You will be CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and a desire to surpass your previous track record.
Coming from a restricted or ‘whole of market’ background with experience selling protection, you will be confident and personable, with strong telephone skills and a high work ethic built on the desire to really turn your time into money.
Working on an employed basis, you can expect an initial basic salary of £23K which in the years to follow can rise (based on performance) to £35K+! You can also look forward to an OTE in the first year of between £45K - £50K!
