You will be working in the specialist New Build team, which is very well-connected with a wide range of high profile house builders in the surrounding regions. As such, this will be a very busy and exciting role, where you will display the ability to generate mortgage offers within tight timescales.
New Build experience would be desirable, although this is not essential. However, you must have experience from an independent / whole of market mortgage advising background.
As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and be able to demonstrate well-honed relationship building and negotiation skills. Just as importantly, you must be used to working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
Unlike many other New Build mortgage broking roles, there is minimal weekend working; you will be expected to work circa 1 Saturday or Sunday a month, which will result in a day off in lieu during the working week.
