As a result of ongoing growth and substantial investment, this high profile mortgage broker is seeking Trainee Mortgage Advisers in Newcastle to service the wealth of enquiries it generates.
In this telephone-based role, you will offer mortgage and protection products to a diverse range of clients, whilst identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
Realistically, in year one (while you are undergoing training), you can expect to earn circa £23K, but in year 2, the genuine OTE is £45K and subsequent years up to £70K (uncapped).

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need:
- You must be engaging, with a natural ability to build strong rapport with customers.
- You must be inquisitive and be able to spot sales opportunities.
- You will be self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- You will be motivated to hit targets and earn substantial income.
- You must have a clean credit history.
As long as you can demonstrate the above qualities, previous sales experience is not required.
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £20K, plus an extremely lucrative, uncapped bonus.
