You will have the pleasure of working with a very experienced and highly motivated team of sales and lettings negotiators, who you will lead and inspire to reach their full potential.
We must stress that this is far from a standard Team Leader position; this is a fully fledged Branch Manager role where you will be heavily involved with the strategic direction of the business, which will include budgetary control. Moreover, you will be working closely with the MD who is a very successful entrepreneur and has exciting plans to develop the business, which includes the opening of further offices. Not only is it essential that you have previous experience within estate agency sales and lettings, you must be an inspirational leader with a passion for developing others and exceeding expectations.
Perhaps you are an experienced Branch Manager and are unfulfilled in your current environment, or you are a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with some previous mentoring experience and ready to take your first step into a branch management role.
