This business has implemented a refreshing approach to Estate Agency Mortgage Broking, whereby it has pre-agreed business plans in place with each estate agency branch. All the staff within these agencies are fully aware of the plan and motivated to realise their full potential.
Depending on your location, you will be allocated one, or a number of estate agency branches with which to secure a mutually beneficial partnership. You will have the flexibility to work from home, but also have access to a desk within your estate agency branch(es).
You do not need to bring any of your clients as all leads will be provided within a ‘fed environment’. Having said that, you must have strong interpersonal skills, in order to strike up strong working relationships with estate agency staff.
The Board of this firm have devised very realistic targets based on the actual performance of estate agency branches. Conservatively, you should be able to earn between £70K - £100K+.
The company is an AR of a very prestigious network, which will allow you access to the whole of market, as well as a wide range of insurers on the Protection side.
It is essential that you are fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and that you are driven, enthusiastic and motivated to earn substantial levels of income.
