Our client, a prestigious and award-winning national Financial Services organisation, is seeking an additional Telephone Based Financial Planner to complement its recently established, but already thriving Telephone Advice Team.
The business was founded several years ago and has established an enviable reputation for client service, having developed a comprehensive range of financial services solutions for its extensive base of high net worth corporate and private clients. With offices throughout the country, it has clients spread across a broad geographical spectrum, and has therefore established an office based ‘Direct’ division, designed to efficiently service clients from across the UK. Having underestimated the scale of opportunity, and being incredibly well received by clients, it is looking to appoint another high quality individual to this Advice Team.
Working through a substantial active client base, you will offer tailored, whole of market financial planning solutions to existing clients over the phone, proactively identifying the abundance of new business opportunities that are available.
The firm has an abundance of technically-minded individuals and has developed its own in-house investment portfolio strategies and software, built over several years and with vast input from Advisers, that is linkable to any platform / tax wrapper. The result is a largely streamlined, slick and simplified investment process, easing the back office burden that Advisers face, allowing them more time to spend engaging with clients. In addition to this, it offers full administration and compliance support, as well as a Paraplanning service and report writing facilities.
You must be a highly motivated self-starter, with the tenacity and resilience to be able to make an impact when dealing with clients over the phone, rather than face to face. You will be proactive by nature, happy to ‘pick up the phone’ and actively seek new business. Our client requires individuals with strong relationship building skills, with ‘personality being more crucial than past performance.’
