Being so well-connected with house-builders, writing mortgage cases is like “shooting fish”, and there is absolutely no need to cold call.
You will be passed cases from a specialist team that has already vetted the enquiries and most of your clients will already have a decision in principle (DIP). Typically, you will have 3/ 4 mortgage interviews to do a day, which will all be telephone-based. Using your technical knowledge, you will select the most appropriate lender from the whole of market and pass on Protection business to another team for which you will receive generous commissions.

Whilst there is pressure due to the tight deadlines within the New Build market, you will enjoy working in a relaxed environment, within a friendly and supportive team.
It is essential that you are fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), however, previous experience of advising is not essential as our client will put you through a comprehensive training programme.
You will receive a salary of up to £25K (Negotiable), plus a very rewarding commission scheme, which is uncapped. Realistically, year one OTE is £35K - £40K, year 2, £40K - £60K and year 3, £70K+!
The working hours are 9am til 6pm (Monday to Friday) and every other Saturday or Sunday, which will typically be based at a local new build site. A day off in lieu will be granted in return for weekend work.
