It is essential that you either have previous experience of arranging commercial finance and that you understand the offerings of the specialist lenders in this field, or that you have a great desire to learn. As expected, you must display impeccable interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to network.
You must have a track record of writing good levels of business with at least 3 years’ experience of broking.
This is an employed role, where you will benefit from a basic salary of up to £20K (negotiable depending on your billing experience), in order to give you financial security together with a highly motivational bonus structure that will see hungry, ambitious brokers enjoy a realistic OTE of £40K-50K in their first year!
