This Directly Authorised firm is already one of the leading brokers in Scotland, being the principal specialist broker for several of the UK’s largest networks. It is a major player in sourcing and completing specialist deals in a variety of niche fields such as 1st and 2nd charge, development and commercial areas.
The Director of this firm is looking for a Mortgage Advisor with at least 2 years of ‘whole of market’ or wide panel experience, and it is focused on employing a Mortgage Broker who can become, in the Director’s words, a ‘superstar’. In particular, it is looking for an Advisor who has a proven track record of succeeding in a target driven, sales environment who can exhibit a desire to surpass their previous track record.
While learning new skills and gaining experience in one of the market’s fast-growing sectors, you will benefit from more leads than you can service and full admin support so you can focus on doing what you do best; delivering fantastic service and writing volume business.
As both an employed – with a basic salary up to £25K (dependent on experience) - or self-employed Advisor, you will enjoy a minimum OTE of £50K, all while working Monday to Friday! The Director underlines that this is the minimum; they would expect a successful Advisor to be earning closer to £60K!
