Due to its reputation for providing a high level of client service, the company has just secured a lucrative partnership with an independent firm of estate agents that has circa 10 branches in the Norfolk / Suffolk area.
Working closely with a number of these offices, you’ll service the mortgage and protection requirements for a wide range of clientele. Working closely with the negotiators and sales staff who are motivated to secure you leads, you will deal with both mortgages and remortgages for a loyal client base.
You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and those from an independent broking background or a restricted environment will be considered. Experience of working within an estate agency environment would certainly be advantageous, although not essential. Most importantly, you will possess strong people skills and an eye for spotting opportunities.
Being a fairly small, boutique business, you’ll enjoy the autonomy and flexibility that comes with it. You’ll also benefit from a robust administration team, as well as further referrals from in-house Financial Advisers. Your working hours will also be fairly traditional, although there will inevitably be some weekend working when required.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £25K (negotiable and dependent on experience), with a realistic OTE of £50K.
