Our Glasgow based client, who we are genuinely excited to be working with, has a new proposition for the estate agency sector that has been described as a ‘market disrupter’! With an innovative new business model, our client will be able to supplant the leading online estate agencies by offering the lowest ever posting fee!
Due to this, our client is inundated with quality leads and it needs fired up Mortgage Advisors nationwide to come on board so it can really ‘shake up’ the industry! You will benefit from all leads provided and from admin and compliance support so that you can really focus on doing what you do best; giving advice!
You will be CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and will preferably have experience of giving Mortgage Advice; coming from a restricted or ‘whole of market’ background. You will be confident and personable, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic built on the desire to really turn your time into money.
Working on a self-employed basis, you will benefit from competitive splits; 75/25 on anything self-generated and 50/50 on leads provided! On this lucrative basis you can expect to earn a minimum OTE of £35K, while the firm’s current top Advisor is earning more than £60K!
