Our Newport based client is a well-respected, ‘family feel’ firm, which has built itself a strong reputation over the last 11 years through offering premium service. It is now looking for a driven Mortgage Adviser to come on board and help push the firm to new heights!
You will benefit from admin support, but also an ‘all leads’ provided environment. You will also enjoy working hours that are principally built around a 9-5 working week, with some weekend work as necessary, although as an ambitious Advisor you will naturally be prepared to work around your clients. This is an opportunity for a relatively junior Advisor to develop with training provided and the chance to work with experienced advisors.
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and ideally have experience of giving advice, or at least a background in sales. You will preferably be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor you can expect a base salary of up to £21K and in addition to this, you can look forward to an OTE of between £35K - £40K!
