This is a busy estate agency, where enquiries are increasing on a monthly basis. In addition, you will deal with overflow business from other branches, as well as from a high profile, local new build site that this company is also partnered with.
You will benefit from access to the whole of market, and after a short ‘settling in period’, full admin support. This company is also very sophisticated when it comes to technology and is able to cater for remote working, when required.
It is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and that you have previous experience within an independent or ‘whole of market’ role. In line with this firm’s strong reputation, you must be highly professional, compliant and motivated to write significant levels of business off the back of the wealth of leads available.
You will enjoy working in a refreshing environment, which is free from a lot of the bureaucracy that can be found in some of the larger corporate organisations. For example, whilst some weekend working will be expected, this is likely to be minimal.
Our client is very flexible when it comes to remuneration and can offer either an employed or self-employed contract. On an employed basis, you will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary, together with a very generous, uncapped bonus scheme that has no threshold! On a self-employed basis, you will benefit from very competitive splits. Employed Advisers in the business are earning up to £70K, and the top self-employed Advisers are earning £100K+.
