This Mortgage Administrator role exists within a thriving mortgage brokerage based in West Horsley, Surrey.
This long-established company enjoys a very strong reputation in the local market and benefits from a constant stream of enquires from a range of introducers.
As Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
This is a fast-paced role, and therefore you must be able to work towards tight deadlines, whilst multi-tasking. Just as importantly, you will possess good attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. You must have previous mortgage administrative experience, or a good working knowledge of the mortgage market.
You will be working within in a very friendly and supportive working environment and you will enjoy working traditional hours (Monday to Friday).
