This is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious mortgage brokerages within the New Build sector.
As an experienced, CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Adviser, you will attend meetings with clients in their homes and make suitable recommendations for their Mortgage & Protection requirements. Most clients will already have an Agreement in Principle (AIP) and will have already paid a reserve on their property, and therefore you know that your time with them will be well spent.
You will be working from home covering a patch, predominantly in the South East, although there may be some trips further afield. As such, you must be comfortable with a reasonable amount of travel. Typically, you will be attending 4 / 5 pre-qualified mortgage appointments per week.
It is essential that you have previous experience within mortgage advice. Ideally, you will come from an independent or ‘whole of market’ background, however, those from a restricted environment such as banks and building societies will be considered, as long as they have experience of selling Protection cover.
As expected, you must possess first-class client-facing skills and a hunger to write business.
This is an employed role and our client offers different options with regards to salaries and bonus schemes, as well as various options for travel expenses such as a car allowance, company car, or ‘mileage only option.’ The average Adviser is earning circa £55K and the top earners are taking home £75K+.
