This company has an excellent reputation within the local community for providing an holistic financial planning and mortgage service to a diverse client base. Led by an experienced team of Directors, the company is expanding, which makes this a very exciting time to join.
As Office Administrator, you will support The Financial Advisers and Mortgage Advisers with a range of duties including filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry, as well as handling general customer enquiries. It is essential that you are well-organised, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate work. Just as importantly, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be comfortable working alone on occasions when the rest of the staff are out on appointments.
Whilst financial services experience would of course be beneficial, this is by no means essential as full training will be provided. However, given the growth plans or this company, if you are looking to progress your career within financial services, the company can cater for this and will support you with studies towards professional qualifications. Moreover, this is a rare opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, some of the most talented financial services professionals in the local area. You must have had some previous experience in an office-type environment encompassing administrative and customer service responsibilities.
