Our well-reputed client – with a 5-star rating on Trustpilot - is looking for a driven Mortgage Advisor to join its home based, field team to handle the ‘endless’ number of leads provided. The manager for this team describes the set-up as ‘perfect’ for a Mortgage Advisor who is serious about making money while also being able to maintain a good life-work balance.
You will benefit from a Client Services team, who will fully qualify your leads and handle all of your appointments - which will all be booked within a 1 to 2-hour radius of your home. You will be able to choose a schedule of your choosing, for example you could choose to work just 3 full days a week! You will further enjoy full admin support, meaning your entire focus will be on giving advice and earning commission.
You will be CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and a desire to surpass your previous track record. Coming from a restricted or ‘whole of market’ background, you will be confident and personable, with high work ethic built on the desire to really turn your time into money.
Working on a self-employed basis, you will be working entirely from clients provided on a generous commission split; all current advisors within the firm are earning between £50-80K on this basis! The firm’s top broker has already personally earned more than £22K in the first quarter!
