As a result of ongoing growth, this very well-respected, boutique independent mortgage brokerage has an opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to work from its office in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Over the years, this company has forged strong relationships with a wealth of introducers including solicitors, accountants, networking groups and estate agencies. As such, there is no need for you to bring your own clients as you will have access to a constant stream of enquiries.
You will offer compliant mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clientele, utilising the whole of market to source the most appropriate lenders and insurers.
You will enjoy working traditional office hours, Mon - Fri (9am – 5pm). There will be no home visits, as most of the mortgage interviews will be conducted in the office.
You will benefit from working alongside some of the most experienced mortgage professionals in the local area, and you will also have full use of a dedicated Administration Team, which will allow you time to focus on doing what you do best - providing advice.
Our client is open to applications from both independent Mortgage Advisors / Brokers, as well as experienced Mortgage Advisers from banks or building societies, who would like to move into whole of market broking. As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with a professional manner and the ability to build strong rapport with a wide range of clientele.

You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary (up to £27K), plus an attractive commission scheme. Realistically, year 1 earnings will be £35K - £40K, with the potential to earn up to £60K over the coming years.
