Our client is a well-respected, Directly Authorised Financial Planning firm, which prides itself on being able to offer truly independent, whole of market advice from their expert Advisors; it’s team has over 150 years’ experience advising. It is looking for an experienced, driven Mortgage Adviser who is keen to take the next step in their career and join a company which reflects their ambition and their values.
This attractive role offers a variety of lead sources including referrals from the Financial Planners, the substantial existing client bank in place, and the stream of leads coming through web enquiries. You will also be able to supplement your earnings by referring back to the group’s Financial Planners and sharing fees on pension and investment business.
You will enjoy a 9-5 working week with no weekend work and therefore benefit from a healthy work/ life balance. In addition to this, you will receive high quality administrative support so that you can focus on doing what you do best; giving advice and writing lucrative business.
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business, and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary of up to £28K and - based on a lucrative commission structure - an OTE of between £40K - £45K in the first year.
