The top broker within the company is writing on average 30 mortgage deals a month, and with a minimum of 4/5 properties within each client's portfolio, there is a great deal of money to be made! It is essential that you have previous experience of selling Protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness or Income Protection etc. Equally, you must have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals. As this is a telephone-based role dealing with clients all over the UK, you must be charismatic and engaging, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients in a non-face to face advisory position.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary plus a generous commission structure, resulting in very high on target earnings.
