Our client, a leading name in the field of Outsourced Paraplanning, is seeking a well-qualified and technically competent individual to complement its existing Team of home-based Paraplanners.

Established for over 10 years, it was one of the first businesses to recognise the potential market for an outsourced paraplanning service, and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Being uncompromising in its service standards and the breadth of in-house technical competencies, it has developed an enviable reputation amongst the IFA community, and is now widely considered the ‘go to’ specialist service provider within the industry.

Working with a multitude of IFA’s from across the UK, you will offer a bespoke and tailored paraplanning service. Your technical involvement will vary from case to case, as will the types of business you will be dealing with, dependent upon the level of service required by the IFA client. Specific duties will of course include conducting research across various product ranges and funds, as well as the construction of often complex reports. You will be supported in the provision of this service by Administrator and Proof Reader/ Auditor colleagues, working as an efficient team unit to deliver the firms’ exacting standards of service in a timely manner.

Our clients’ view of the paraplanning profession is different to most, and therefore your take on the industry will be different to that of most Paraplanners. Being a commercially aware individual that has a genuinely progressive way of thinking, you will take pride in your attitude and approach to work. All employees are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost integrity in all they do, and you will take ownership of any issues encountered. Given the importance our client places on technical ability and knowledge, you will be Diploma qualified as a minimum, preferably closer to Chartered/ Certified. Most importantly, you will be able to put your technical and analytical abilities into practice, on a diverse range of cases.

In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary, rising after an initial probationary period, as well as a range of additional benefits. Unusually for a positon of this type, you will also enjoy the ability to combine the comfort and security of a fully employed position, with the freedom and autonomy of working from home. You will also be supported with market-leading technology and office based Administrators.
