How would you like a self-employed role where you can work from home or from the office at hours of your choosing?

What about a role where the Director will offer you the mentoring and training you need to fulfil your potential?

How would you like the position if you knew that if you put the work in you could earn £50K in the first year?

If that sounds as good to you as it sounds to me, then read on because we have one of the most attractive self-employed offerings for a junior mortgage Broker/Advisor in the Newcastle area.

Our client is a well-respected, quickly growing Directly Authorised brokerage with a busy office in central Newcastle providing top of the line service and reliable, honest advice.

The Director of this firm is looking for a driven broker/ advisor to come on and handle the leads coming through the door and over the phone. They describe this as a role for a relatively junior broker/ advisor who is looking for an environment in which they will be properly mentored and trained to help them become the best broker they can be – and earn great money!

The company enjoys a variety of lead sources; you will enjoy not only working from an extensive client bank and the referrals and renewals coming from that, but also leads from a number of estate agents which feed the business. On top of that, there are two new build sites in the local area under construction with which the business is directly connected.

You will benefit from full admin support, enjoy close to a 9-5 working week (with occasional Saturday work as required), and have the luxury of being able to work from home or from the office! You will be CeMap qualified, coming from either a restricted or whole of market background, and have experience of writing quality and volume business.
Initially, you will be able to enjoy financial security with commission paid in advance – i.e. you will be paid on business written, rather than business banked.

The earning potential of this role comes down largely to your effort and drive; the Director would expect the successful to candidate to earn a minimum of £35K but is certain that a motivated broker would earn closer to £50K!
