Your role will be to develop strong relationships with your panel, which include both large regional and national brokers. Using your structured sales approach, you will visit your broker panel regularly to establish new business leads for the Underwriting Team, as well as using your influence to secure the risks. You’ll work towards stretching sales targets, and you’ll receive mentoring and training to help you become the best you can be.
The most important things for this role are the desire to succeed, an engaging personality, and a proactive approach. My client will consider candidates from either an Insurer/ MGA or broking background who have a proven track record within commercial insurance sales delivery. It’s essential that you have a structured sales process to delivering new business, with a record of success that can be translated into any environment.
