It is looking for a broker who shares the company’s values; someone who is conscientious, trustworthy and will do the right thing.
You will be responsible for servicing the leads of a busy, thriving estate agent, as well as generating business through the company’s client bank and your own referrals. You will benefit from full admin support, choose your own hours, and have the luxury of being able to work from home or from the office - whatever fits best around you and your clients!
You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience of writing volume, quality compliant Mortgage and Protection business. You will of course be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and be strong at building rapport and gaining trust, both face to face and over the phone; when it comes to mortgage advice, you will be the person everyone wants to recommend.
The company is offering very competitive splits, 50/50 on business they provide and 70/30 on self-generated business, and on this lucrative basis you could earn of £40K in your first year which will increase dramatically in the following years; one of the current Advisors is earning over £80K a year!
