It is looking for an experienced, driven Mortgage Advisor who is keen to take the next step in their career and join a company which reflects their ambition and their values.
This attractive role offers a variety of lead sources including referrals from the Financial Planners, the substantial existing client bank in place, and the stream of leads coming through web enquiries. You will also be able to supplement your earnings by referring back to the group’s Financial Planners and share fees on pension and investments business.
You will enjoy a flexible working schedule built around a 9 - 5.30 working week – with an early finish on Fridays - with no weekend work, and therefore you can enjoy a healthy work life balance. In addition to this, you will receive high quality administrative support so that you can focus on doing what you do best; giving advice and writing high volume business.
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business, and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary of up to £25K and - based on a lucrative commission structure - an OTE of between £35K - £40K in the first year. You will also enjoy team rewards such as cocktail master classes and going to the races!
