Our client is looking for a driven telephone Mortgage Advisor to join its well-established team and contribute to its glowing reputation.
Working as a telephone Mortgage Adviser, you will benefit from all leads provided and all appointments booked, meaning that you will be able to concentrate fully on giving advice and earning commission. You will enjoy working in conjunction with sales staff who are heavily committed and incentivised to refer you business and ensure your continued success.
You will be CeMap qualified (or equivalent) with a desire for personal development, and you’ll be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage business. Coming from a restricted or ‘whole of market’ background, you will be confident and personable - a real team player - with strong communication skills and a great work ethic built on the desire to see your time and effort result in happy clients and good money.
Working on an employed basis, you will benefit from a competitive basic salary of up to £25K and a rewarding, uncapped commission structure that will see you take home earnings of up to £40K in your first year! You will also enjoy a variety of company perks, such as the opportunity to win holidays to locations such as Las Vegas and New York!
