This company is going from strength to strength and - unlike a number of its competitors – is expanding, with 7 new estate agents expected in the next 12 months, taking the number to 40 overall! The Financial Services division is looking for fired up, money driven Mortgage Brokers to join its “special team” which is made of “really, really good people” who “work hard and play hard.”
This role will give you exposure to a huge amount of leads; one of the brokers on the team wrote over £400K in business last year! You will be supported by a highly competent Admin team, and you will have your appointments pre-qualified and booked in for you, which will allow you to focus on writing business. You will work principally over the phone in one of the company’s central London offices.
It is no secret that this company is ‘picky’ when it comes to recruiting. In order to protect its reputation and maintain credibility with its trusted clientele, it seeks only the most professional, committed and ambitious Mortgage Advisers / Brokers, who can demonstrate a successful track record of writing compliant mortgage and protection business.
You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have at least 12 months’ experience within a ‘whole of market’ role.
The firm offers an employed package with a starting salary of up to £35K plus a very lucrative, uncapped bonus scheme, which will see Advisors earn between £50K - £60K in their first year. It also has as a self-employed proposition with 50/50 splits which will see brokers earn between £70-100K in their first year! One of the current Advisors is personally earning over £200K on this basis!
