Our client, a prestigious IFA company based in Harrogate, is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join its expanding team.
This company prides itself on the quality of its financial planning and wealth management services, delivered to an array of private and corporate clients including business owners, professionals and executives.
The main responsibility of this role is to support and assist the Advisers with all administrative tasks. These tasks will include, but are not limited to, liaising with providers, helping with software queries, processing new business and producing client packs. You will also assist in research for the company and analyse data. You will be responsible for the preparation of annual reviews for Adviser’s client meetings. You are also required to assist with basic administrative tasks that arise, as and when needed.
It is preferred that you have experience of working in a similar role, with up to date knowledge of current products. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and be a hard-working individual. Experience of using Enable or Intelliflo back office software is preferred, though not essential.
