This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a successful and expanding mortgage brokerage based in Sheffield.
This directly authorised firm has a wide range of introducers, including IFAs, solicitors, accountants and estate agencies. Acting as Master Broker, it also attracts a significant amount of referral business from other mortgage brokerages who require its bespoke, specialist lending services.
Working from an office, this is predominantly a telephone-based role dealing with incoming mortgage enquiries. Using your expertise and industry knowledge, you will choose appropriate lenders and insurers from the whole of market to cater for a diverse range of clients’ requirements.
It is essential that you hold the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and have previous mortgage advising experience. You’ll also possess strong relationship building and persuasive skills, with a desire to write significant levels of compliant business.

You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £26K (Negotiable), plus an attractive bonus scheme allowing a realistic OTE of £40K - £50K+, as well as further performance-related incentives. To facilitate a seamless transition into this role and ease the pain of walking away from a pipeline, there are also guaranteed bonuses available in the initial months.
