It is proud to be truly independent and fully ‘whole of market’ as opposed to having a restricted panel, allowing its brokers to really find the very best solutions for its valued clients. It is now looking for an experienced, driven Mortgage Adviser to come on board and help push the firm to new heights and contribute to the ‘family feel’ atmosphere that defines the team!
You will benefit not only from full admin support but also an ‘all leads’ provided environment; the company has a plethora of lead sources including estate agents, solicitors, online leads and its own mortgage shop! You will also enjoy working hours that are principally built around a 9-5 working week, with 1 Saturday morning in 4 (with time off in lieu during the week), so that you can earn good money while enjoying a good work-life balance!
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and have at least a year of experience giving advice from either a restricted or ‘whole of market’ environment. You will be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
The Director of this firm is keen to make his employees feel valued and as an employed Advisor you can expect a very competitive base salary of up to £30K (dependent on experience)! In addition to this, you can look forward to an OTE of between £45-50K, in your first year!
