You will benefit from a wide variety of lead sources; the company owns its own estate agents but also has lucrative relationships with other introducers such as accountants and solicitors and is involved in a host of networking events. But the majority of the business comes through ‘word of mouth’ and referrals such is the company’s reputation; the Director explains that they are “quite simply, snowed under.”
You will enjoy full administrative support and a working week that fits you; the Principal says that no weekend work is necessary and that if you’re hitting your targets, your time and schedule is your own!
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and have at least 2 years of experience giving advice from either a restricted or ‘whole of market’ environment. You will be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
On an employed basis, but still being able to work from home, you will enjoy a £20K (Negotiable) basic salary and – based on a lucrative commission structure in which you can earn 40% of what you write – an OTE of £50K! There is also a self-employed option which has an OTE of £72K+!
