This brand-new role has been created due to the launch of the newest office of an established mortgage brokerage in the North West. As a result of this rapid expansion, a further mortgage broker is needed in order to service the abundance of quality leads.
The company, which is part of one of the country’s leading networks, has a contract with a large, chain estate agency with around 10 offices and is therefore able to provide a quantity of high standard leads, providing a strong platform for an experienced broker to really write big numbers. The client has built an environment in which its staff, including 14 advisers, feel highly valued, with good support and exciting incentives.
Our client will consider Mortgage Brokers with at least a year’s worth of experience who are confident and comfortable in dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone, who are able to keep themselves organised in order to write volume business. Candidates from either a whole of market or restricted environment (such as banks or building societies) will be considered.
The working hours are flexible, allowing you to create a schedule that is built around you and your clients, so you can work at your best! Appointments are booked straight into your diary and you’re given full training and administrative support so that you can focus on doing what you do best; giving advice!
On a self-employed basis you will benefit from competitive commission splits – 60/40 on business provided and 70/30 on self-generated leads – and can expect a proven OTE of £50-60K!
