Our client, a professional and dynamic financial planning and investment management company based in North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Client Manager to assist its expanding Cash Management business.

This highly respected and leading IFA have a long history of providing Financial and Investment planning solutions to personal and corporate clients. It has a number of offices and it has developed a strong reputation, especially in the North.

Working as part of the growing Cash Management Team, you will manage a set of Cash Management clients, dealing with the administration of their accounts. You will complete regular reviews of the client’s cash portfolios, preparing transfer requests and researching suitable savings accounts. It is important that you have great communication skills as you will be answering client enquiries over the phone and ensuring that your clients are kept informed about what is happening with their accounts frequently. You will be responsible for preparing an array of reviews/ requests, therefore you will have clear written communication skills.

Experience within the financial services sector is essential. You will have excellent administration skills, including the ability to work effectively as a team member and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills. You will have proven interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations. You will ensure that clients receive an exemplary service and be able to determine priorities and make decisions independently.
