It is now looking for an experienced, driven Mortgage Adviser to come on board and really help push the firm to new heights!
You will benefit from admin support as needed, but also an ‘all leads provided’ environment. The company enjoys a plethora of lead sources including accountants, solicitors, estate agents, builders and a special relationship with a local building society! On top of this, the company also has a huge client bank with over 13,000 clients! You will also enjoy a 9-5 working week, meaning – and this is rare in the mortgage field – you can achieve a real work life balance!
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and have at least a year of experience giving mortgage advice coming from a restricted or ‘whole of market’ background. You will be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor you can expect a base salary of up to £25K (dependent on experience)! In addition to this, you can look forward to an OTE of between £35K- £40K in your first year!
