My client, a small but very productive financial planning firm based in the City, is looking to recruit an Independent Financial Advisor to expand its growing team.
This company is an Independent Financial Planning business and its trusted expertise, personal service and proactive approach enables it to provide the individual attention its clients deserve. This company deals with complex financial planning needs for its high net worth clients, whether that be families, individuals or businesses.
The main purpose of the role is to convert leads, whether they are your own, or provided by the firm. You will provide expert advice and be responsible for retaining clients and funds under management, as well as growing FUM. The ideal Advisor will be capable of ‘building their own book’ and be happy to build relationships to generate their own business. Although this company are going to provide a bank of clients, it would be beneficial for you to transfer some clients.
You will have extensive IFA experience and preferably you will be Chartered, however, my client is open to speaking with individuals who are working towards this status. You must be highly motivated and possess strong relationship management and business development skills.
In return, you will receive an attractive basic salary plus a generous bonus structure which is linked to the business done throughout the year. The company is very supportive with development and will assist you with training and exams.
