The firm is one of a select number of protection brokerages that is being referred significant levels of business from one of the country’s largest networks and therefore has access to a veritably endless supply of leads. It deals with leads coming both nationally, and from local mortgage brokerage introducers.
Being a purely Protection only business, the company takes great pride in providing a highly consultative service to its client base; it is set upon providing a service that generates a great deal of repeat business and referrals in the years to come.
In line with its exciting growth plans, the company seeks a specialist Protection Broker who is used to writing quality, volume business. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of consistently achieving at least £25K+ in written business a month, and you will have at least 1 and a half years’ experience as a Protection Adviser.
It is essential that you have previous experience of selling Protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness or Income Protection etc. Equally, you must have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals. As this is a telephone-based role dealing with clients from all over the UK, you must be charismatic and engaging, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients in a non-face to face advisory position.
You will enjoy a flexible working week built around 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday), which is based on when suits you best both in a working and personal capacity!
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £25K, but more importantly - for successful Brokers - a commission structure which really rewards big hitters; consistently writing £20K+ a month will see Advisors earn £73K+, and writing £30K+ a month will see you earn £97K+!
