We know relatively junior Advisers within this company who are earning close to six figure incomes. With the increasing amount of enquiries across the business, there is plenty of scope for more people at this level and beyond.
As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with a successful track record of writing compliant mortgage and protection business. Ideally, you will have independent broking experience, although applications will be considered from high calibre candidates from restricted environments such as banks or building societies.
