You will be dealing predominantly with remortgages for existing clients, which will generate in the region of 15 mortgage cases a month. In addition, you will deal with referrals from existing customers.
You will be working from a terrific office based close to Bournemouth airport, within a very competent and supportive team. You’ll have access to the whole of market, as well as comprehensive admin support, which will allow you the time to focus on what you do best - advising.

It is essential that you have independent broking experience and a successful track record of writing quality, compliant business. As expected, you’ll be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). Just as importantly, you’ll have well-honed relationship management skills, a hunger to write business, and a team player mentality.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary in the region of £26K - £28K with short-term on target earnings of £43K+. Someone who is in a very similar role within the company will be earning £60K+ within their 3rd year. A self-employed option is also available, although you will be required to work fairly full-time hours.
A very appealing factor is that you’ll be working traditional office hours (9-5.30pm) with no weekend working!
