Our client, who we are very proud to be working with, are an award-winning broker specialising in the thriving niche market that is New Build. With over 30 Advisors writing more than 4,000 mortgages a year, it is one of the busiest and fastest growing firms in the South West.

The firm is looking for ‘fired up’, hardworking Advisors to come in and really make the most out of what’s on offer; a ton of top notch leads. You will be personable, with an excellent telephone manner; able to really carry a client through the mortgage process in a smooth and efficient manner.

The Operations Manager of this firm said they are looking for “genuine, nice people” to join their team of “genuine, nice people”, who they can help and guide to write volume business and make “real money.”

You will be CeMAP qualified and have experience of writing compliant mortgage and protection business in either a restricted or ‘whole of market’ background.

This role will be initially on an employed basis, with a basic salary of up to £25K and a realistic first year OTE of £40K+, rising to £55K+ in the following years. However, you will have the option further down the line to switch to self-employed when you feel that you are really ready to turn up your earnings; they have self-employed brokers earning £75K+, on average!
