Our client, a rapidly expanding specialist Pension Transfer Bureau, is looking to recruit an experienced DB Pensions Admin Team Leader to work within its Technical Review Team.

As a DB Pensions Team Leader, you will be required to manage a team of two Administrators and administer DB transfer cases. Your primary responsibility for this role will be to delegate workloads to the two Administrators and oversee all completed work. You will be responsible for accurately checking all cases from beginning to completion, making sure that files are complete and compliant.
It is essential that you have experience of working in a DB Pensions Administration role. However, experience of working in a Team Leader position is not essential for this position. It is preferred if you have experience of using the Selecta pension software, however, this is not essential. You must have a broad knowledge of the pension industry and be up to date with current products. The company have a very close knit and friendly team, so it is looking for someone with a ‘bubbly’ personality that will be an effective team player.
