In this home-based role, as Recruitment Manager, you will identify leads, deliver the network proposition to potential new Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Regulated Introducers (RIs), and negotiate a commercial arrangement which both maximises the value of the Advisers and presents a competitive package in the marketplace.
Specific duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, identifying and targeting new business opportunities from leads generated through relationship building within the intermediary market, representing the network at industry events and networking sessions that create business opportunities. You will also work with existing firms to help grow their business through the recruitment/development of RIs and liaise closely with the senior management team to maximise recruitment procedures and efficiencies.
It is essential that you have done this role previously and that you have a strong network of ARs throughout the UK.
You must be highly self-motivated, with a tenacious attitude to recruitment. You will also be confident, whilst maintaining an honest style that promotes the TCF culture of the network Just as importantly, you will be willing and able to travel widely throughout the UK.

You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £50K (negotiable), plus car allowance and on target earnings of £80K.
