Our client has successfully launched its Protection arm, and is looking for strong Protection Advisors to join its rapidly growing team.
With substantial growth plans, the business plans to increase its Protection team 3-fold over the next 18 months. However, you will still be able to enjoy the benefits of working with a smaller, more relaxed and versatile firm. As such, there could not be a more exciting time to join this company.
The firm is made up of two parts; on one side the Protection team, and on the other a Lead Generation service; so, it’s fair to say they know a thing or two about hot leads! The company describes that its leads are ‘on tap’ and there is absolutely no cold calling involved!
In line with its exciting growth plans, the company seeks a specialist Protection Broker who is used to writing quality, volume business. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of consistently achieving at least £20K+ in written business a month, and you will have at least 18 months’ experience as a Protection Adviser.
It is essential that you have previous experience of selling Protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness or Income Protection etc. Equally, you must have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals. As this is a telephone-based role dealing with clients from all over the UK, you must be charismatic and engaging, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients in a non-face to face advisory position.
You will work Monday to Friday, with later shifts early in the week being rewarded with an early finish on the Friday!
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £24K, but more importantly - for successful Advisors - a commission structure which will see strong advisors earn £48K+!
