The firm forms the Protection arm of the country’s largest network and processes an incredible level of business every year. It is looking for hungry, motivated candidates with a sales background to join its growing team and earn great money.
With a focus on Protection, the company takes great pride in providing a highly consultative service to its client base; it provides a service that has generated and continues to generate a great deal of repeat business and referrals.
You will sell Protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness or Income Protection etc. You will ideally have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals. You must be charismatic and engaging, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients in a face to face advisory position.
You will enjoy a flexible working week, which is based on when suits you best both in a working and personal capacity! You will also enjoy substantial training and support to get your feet on the ground and get you earning real money quickly! The company is keen to speak with people who have a “winning mentality” who can they support to become successful brokers, with the option to branch into Mortgages and Wealth Management further down the line!
You will enjoy some of the best rates on the market; with no network costs at all! In the 1st Year you can expect to earn at least £34-36K! Experienced Advisors with the company who have built up a strong network are earning over £200K a year!
