Job Ref:

This well-established mortgage broking business is partnered with the region’s leading estate agency chain in Bedfordshire.

As a result of ongoing growth, a need has arisen for an additional Mortgage Adviser to be based in their busiest estate agency.

Working for this directly authorised business, you will service the mortgage and protection requirements of a diverse range of clientele. You will be working for a very busy branch, and therefore you can expect lots of enquiries and high earning potential – our client advises that they would expect Advisors to write a minimum of 15 mortgages a month. Top Advisers within this business are earning £100K+, and with the leads available, the Directors say that good Advisers should quite easily be able to earn circa £60K+ in year one.

It is essential that you are a qualified Mortgage Adviser with a successful track record of writing compliant business. Previous experience of working with estate agencies would certainly be preferable, although our client will consider high calibre Mortgage Brokers /Advisers, who do not have this experience.

You will enjoy working for a business that strongly dislikes the corporate mentality, and where you will be provided with a great deal of support and training in order to succeed in your role.

The Directors of this firm say that they do not put barriers in the way of writing business and provide a truly consultative service.

You will benefit from full admin and compliance support, as well as ongoing training and development in order to ensure your continued success.

This role is offered on an employed or self-employed basis; however, the Director explains that when Advisors see the set up in place, almost everyone wants to join self-employed! On a self-employed basis you will enjoy very competitive splits – particularly given the amount of business to be passed on – and financial support in the initial months to get you up and running!

You will enjoy working for a very friendly and supportive business, where you will be truly valued and rewarded for your efforts.
